There are many such sites, but FreeComputerBooks.com is probably the best: http://freecomputerbooks.com/

Do you know FreeComputerBooks.com, the world’s best free online computer, programming, engineering and mathematics book?

If you search "Computer Books" in Google and Yahoo, FreeComputerBooks.com will be the #1 in the search result: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&... (Google) http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=co... (Yahoo!)

If you search "Free Computer Books", FreeComputerBooks.com will be the #1 in almost all the search results: Google, Yahoo, Live.com, Ask.com, etc. - you name it!

Many colleges have links to FreeComputerBooks.com, including MIT: http://web.mit.edu/acs/www/whererun...
